The Amazing Barns of Iceland

Iceland, an amazing country filled with beautiful scenery and some of the coolest barns I have seen.  Not all beautiful architecture needs to be big and grandiose - sometimes the simpler the better.  I have always had a love for old barns (click here to see my post about barns in the Yellowstone area).  The history, the way they blend in with the scenery, and just the cozy, comfort feeling I get when I see them.  Love it!  

Traveling around the incredible country of Iceland, I found all sorts of fun barns to photograph.  My poor husband found himself pulling our camper over every hundred yards for me to hop out and get another picture.  I have compiled my favorite barns below.  Enjoy!
